WEA Coast employs 4 permanent staff and approximately 50 sessional tutors. Our staff undertakes responsibilities ranging from management to course or program coordination, administration or support services.

In addition to this WEA Coast also enjoys the company of a team of dedicated volunteers.

When positions become available WEA Coast publicly advertises positions as required in the local newspaper. All applicants for permanent positions must address specific criteria to be considered in the next round of recruitment.

We do accept course proposal from tutors and potential tutors and we encourage anyone who wishes to work with us or offer a course proposal to contact our campus on 02 6554 9215.
